About Us
ADFG mobilises capital for transformative projects across infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, technology, agriculture, healthcare and education.
Company Overview
ADFG exists to bridge the financing gap that keeps Africa's most consequential projects on the drawing board. Working across 14 priority sectors, the Group structures, arranges and mobilises long-tenor capital for infrastructure, energy, industry, technology, agriculture, healthcare and education — projects measured in decades, not quarters.
The Group's strategic pipeline stands at USD 1 trillion, supported by a five-year capitalisation roadmap that scales committed institutional capital from USD 100 billion in year one to USD 1 trillion by year five. That pipeline is sequenced across smart cities, high-speed rail, renewable energy, industrial parks, aviation and maritime corridors, water and irrigation, mining, digital infrastructure, food security, security infrastructure, healthcare and education.
ADFG delivers through five strategic pillars — industrialisation and SME development, smart infrastructure and connectivity, the green economy and energy transition, the digital economy and innovation, and human capital and social development — alongside a partner ecosystem of global financial institutions and engineering, procurement and construction partners.

Message from the President & CEO
“Africa does not lack ambition, projects or demand. What it has lacked is capital organised at the scale its industrial revolution requires.”
ADFG was established to close that distance. Our USD 1 trillion strategic pipeline is not a projection on a slide; it is a sequenced programme of bankable projects across 14 priority sectors, backed by a five-year capitalisation roadmap that takes us from USD 100 billion to USD 1 trillion in committed institutional capital.
We work with sovereigns and governments, with global financial institutions and with the engineering and industrial partners who build what we finance. That combination — capital discipline, delivery capability and an unapologetically pan-African mandate — is how the pipeline converts into power, rail, ports, factories, farms and skills.
To every investor, partner and government reading this: our mandate is open, our pipeline is ready, and the invitation to build Africa's next century with us stands.
