The Five-Year Capitalisation Roadmap: From USD 100 Billion to USD 1 Trillion
9 October 2026 · ADFG Communications

ADFG's capitalisation scales in five stages over five years, each stage tied to delivering the projects already in the pipeline.
Institutional capital does not arrive all at once. ADFG's five-year capitalisation roadmap therefore scales in five defined stages: USD 100 billion in year one, USD 250 billion in year two, USD 500 billion in year three, USD 750 billion in year four, and USD 1 trillion in year five.
Year one is institutional rather than transactional. Mandate agreements, governance, first closings and the structuring relationships with global financial partners are established so that later stages move faster.
By year three the roadmap passes half a trillion dollars, and the emphasis shifts to construction at scale across the corridors and industrial sites already prepared. Years four and five are about commissioning: bringing rail, power, ports, plants and digital assets into operation while partner capital deepens behind them.
Each stage is measured against delivery, not announcements. That discipline is what makes the roadmap credible to the sovereigns and institutions whose capital it mobilises.
